Adrian Irdi

Adrian Irdi is the Managing Director of Irdi Legal and an experienced commercial property practitioner.

His broader background spans general commercial, property, estate planning and commercial litigation work, and his practice today focuses primarily on commercial property. Adrian acts for landlords, developers and commercial clients across the full lifecycle of a property asset — from acquisition and development through to leasing, ongoing asset management and disposal. His work regularly involves complex transactions, detailed due diligence and strategic property-related advice.

Adrian graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Corporate Finance), and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2008.

He is regularly recognised in Doyles Guide as a leading property and leasing lawyer, and in Best Lawyers.
