Michael focuses on understanding what his clients wish to achieve and delivering a tailored, timely and cost effective outcome for them.
Michael has a broad background in property and commercial law. He focuses particularly on large and small multi-lot subdivisions, and property development, off-the-plan sales and purchases of residential and commercial land, commercial leasing and general property matters, loan agreements and mortgages.
He is a graduate of the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws, and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012 and in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2015.
Michael has advised numerous private companies and individuals in relation to property and commercial matters. He ensures that commercial documents are tailored to suit the client’s needs, and are prepared, finalised and lodged for registration in a timely manner.
