Lisa develops IRDI Legal's environment, culture, people, and capabilities to create responsive value for clients and a workplace where people feel connected, valued, and included.
Lisa brings a wealth of experience to her role, in organisational development, human resources and financial management, gained in over twenty-five years of experience in managing professional practices. She draws on the deep knowledge she has gained in completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Certificate of the Psychology of Business and Management, and on her professional development networks and knowledge resources as an Accredited Human Resource Practitioner (CPHR); a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management WA (FAIM) and member and past founding WA Chair of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA).
Lisa has authored and delivered workshops and leadership activities at IRDI Legal which have improved wellbeing, self-management, and interpersonal capabilities, sustainable and efficient work practices and belonging culture. She has a strong passion for promoting wellbeing and inclusion awareness and involvement in the legal profession. She is an Accredited Mental First Aider and past member of the Shared Value Working Party, involving legal super, ALPMA, College of Law and The Law Society of WA that brought together legal industry stakeholders to tackle endemic mental health issues facing the legal profession, and she has been a guest panel speaker on Diversity and Inclusion for ALPMA WA.
