Lauren is a highly experienced Knowledge Management lawyer who focuses on knowledge and communication to create a culture that embraces innovation, change and collaboration.
She has considerable experience in enabling knowledge sharing in law firms to maximise knowledge systems and available resources and enhance client service.
At IRDI Legal she facilitates the creation and use of knowledge, expertise, information and knowledge sharing to support efficient and effective operations.
During her career Lauren has practised as a lawyer in private practice, in inhouse roles in the banking and finance sector, as well as at the Financial Services Authority (now the Financial Conduct Authority) in the United Kingdom, and as a Knowledge Management lawyer for global and local firms.
Lauren graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence in 1988 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1989.
In 1991, she was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
