Jamie was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2005. He has extensive experience in drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including simple and complex testamentary trust wills, capital protected trusts, special disability trusts as well as enduring powers of attorney, guardianship and health directives.
His experience in probate and estate administration includes the preparation of simple and complex applications, administering deceased estates and providing advice to executors and beneficiaries.
Jamie has a strong interest in elder law and the legal protection of senior community members. He can provide valuable capacity and guardianship advice in this regard.
