Emily is an experienced general property and commercial lawyer. She believes in taking a communicative and practical approach and always seeks the best possible outcome for her clients.

Emily was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2011. Following her admission, Emily completed an Associateship at the Supreme Court of Western Australia before taking up a position in the commercial team of a mid-tier boutique law firm in 2012. Since then, Emily has worked with a variety of clients including large property development and construction organisations, retail and commercial land owners, SME businesses and individuals.

Emily brings a wide range of expertise to IRDI Legal in practice areas such as business structuring, sales and acquisitions of assets, businesses and real property, retail and commercial leasing, strata title law, the personal property securities regime, building and construction law, wills and trusts.

In addition to her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame, Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Photography from Curtin University.
