Daniel works in partnership with commercial and property clients to provide them with a strategic, practical and cost-effective outcome. He focuses on providing pragmatic solutions and commercial focus to legal problems.
Daniel has a broad range of experience and skills, gained over ten years working as a commercial, property and corporate lawyer in a boutique Perth firm. He has also worked as in-house legal Counsel at Murdoch University. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2008.
Daniel has worked with a variety of small to large corporate and individual clients on a broad range of commercial, property and corporate transactions. Daniel has a detailed understanding of the issues involved and the applicable law and legislation, yet brings a practical and results focused approach to his clients’ objectives and legal needs.
He has advised clients on a range of legal issues – including the structuring of transactions, conducting simple and complex negotiations and preparation of all necessary legal documentation. This has included extensive drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial, construction, leasing and corporate documents and contracts.
Daniel has a particular interest in property law, commercial leasing, property transactions and business and asset transactional work.
