Richard has worked as a senior lawyer with IRDI Legal since 1997.
A graduate in Law from Melbourne University, Richard was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1973 and worked for many years as a partner with McCusker and Harmer Solicitors. There he advised their major client, Town and Country WA Building Society, on a range of issues including securities, property development and real estate sales.
At IRDI, Richard advises on and prepares documents in the areas of leasing, commercial law, property law, conveyancing, settlements, pharmacy law and business contracts.
He also gives advice and assistance to IRDI Settlements as well as other settlement agencies.
