Kathryn joined the litigation team at IRDI Legal in May 2011.

Kathryn has over 7 years experience practising predominantly in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has experience in acting for a wide range of clients on a variety of matters including breaches of contracts of sale of property and businesses, commercial and a rural leases and contracted services, as well as matters involving negligence, consumer and competition law, corporations law and intellectual property.

Kathryn has prosecuted and defended matters in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts, and in the Federal Magistrates Court, and has acted for clients in informal dispute resolution conferences and court ordered mediations.
