Sam began working in the settlement industry in 1990, starting out as an outside clerk and then becoming a conveyancer. After some 8 years, Sam wanted a change and worked as a securities officer completing loan contracts and mortgages and then as a personal assistant to life insurance manager, later progressing to managing the general insurance side.

She returned to conveyancing in 2001 and completed her studies in 2004 to become a licensed conveyancer.

As a conveyancer, Sam has handled the settlement of a number of different types of property transactions, including:

• change of name applications
• related parties transactions
• large and small subdivisions
• strata sub divisions and dispositions
• title amalgamations
• transfers under Family Court orders
• lost title applications

The satisfaction of seeing and hearing clients purchase properties/investments and the fact that no file or client is the same is what Sam enjoys most about the conveyancing industry.
