Nominate us as your settlement agent on the Offer and Acceptance contract. Real estate agents often have a preferred settlement agent but you have the right to nominate a settlement agent of your choice. If you need time to make enquiries or get quotes, put 'TBA' (meaning To be advised) on the Offer and Acceptance. OR |

Contact our office to appoint IRDI Settlements as your settlement agent. We will then deal with the real estate agent and other parties involved.. |
Upon receipt of the Offer and Acceptance contract we will prepare all relevant documentation relating to your settlement and communicate with you throughout the transaction to ensure settlement proceeds smoothly.
